The public engagement platform will be built as a portal with the following functionality:

- Intake comments from the public
- Ability for stakeholders to log in
- Comment vetting
- Ability to remove comments
- Ability to publish an appendix for each case, based on a deadline
- Automated production of PDF’s from public comments received
- Support for video formats

- Ability for a user to submit up to five pages
- Required questions that users fill out to vet and assess the credibility of the content
- Exportable and distributable submissions for review by the OSB Board Members and staff

- A way to publish approved comments and cases to the public forum
