Team Lead, Senior Interactive Producer

Elissa has led the Haystack Digital team since only a year after its inception.

Passionate about clients’ user experience on the web, she works through each project asking the same questions: Is our approach reinforcing the overall objective? Are we communicating effectively and powerfully? Is the message reaching its target audience? Are we using best practices? Is the client happy?

Elissa remains cool under pressure by combining her advanced knowledge of web technologies with an innovative and creative approach to problem solving, and a copious amount of time outside. She has produced websites for top proxy contests and the most visible M&A announcements.

Notable clients include: Harvard Management Company, BB&T-Suntrust, KKR, T-Mobile-Sprint, Eastman Kodak, CVS-Aetna, AECOM-URS, Virgin-Alaska, Anthem-Cigna, Ford O’Brien, Russian Standard Vodka, and Warburg Pincus.Elissa holds a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

Audrey Boskiewicz

Senior Interactive Producer

Audrey joins the Haystack team with a wealth of experience leading teams through website redesigns and new product launches.

While at Haystack, she has led website initiatives for a number of clients including Harrison Street, Twin Brook Capital Partners, Okapi Partners, and Prostar Capital. She has also worked with numerous PR firms to launch merger & acquisition and proxy contest sites.

She has worked at top global agencies spending over 10 years at DDB New York as Head of the Digital Department. She has delivered work and developed long-term partnerships with clients such as State Farm, Johnson & Johnson, Heineken, Electrolux, Cotton, and Merck. She started her career at Time Inc and quickly found her way to the agency side spending two years at Digitas managing campaigns and new credit card launches for American Express.

At DDB, Audrey oversaw a team of 20 integrated producers working on clients such as UTC, Georgia Pacific, and New York Lottery. She thrives on bringing agency teams and clients together to create compelling media. She is happy to bring these skills to Haystack.

Jaime Lee

SEO Strategist

Jaime Lee has a passion for creating live and digital experiences that delight users and increase visibility.

She has produced websites, email marketing campaigns, logo design and DNS/email network engineering for small firms and large corporations, regional parks, local businesses, entrepreneurs, talented musicians  and community organizations. Her clients have included Atsby Vermouth, CityView, Marblegate Capital, McCourt Global, Randall’s Island Park Alliance, Sierra Constellation, Taconic Capital, and WhistlePig, alongside PR firms, non-profit galas, and the occasional bakery or country store.

Jaime Lee has also worked for various nonprofit organizations, municipalities and regional planning commissions; writing grant applications, collecting data and performing research and analysis for regulatory and non-regulatory documents, planning events, coddling numerous species of cute animals, designing and optimizing WiFi networks and, of course launching websites.

Jaime Lee is a graduate of Green Mountain College.

Dax van Aalten

Interactive Producer

Dax brings his passion for visual art and website construction to the Haystack Digital Team. Prior to joining Haystack, he worked in the fine art industry for 15 years, managing and producing projects for major museums including The Met, MOMA, LACMA, and The Guggenheim. 

Since joining Haystack, Dax has helped produce sites for clients such as Walgreens, Okapi Partners, BioFuture, Harrison Street, Prostar Capital and Warburg Pincus.

Dax began his career in Los Angeles where he helped produce numerous full feature films, music videos and commercials. He then moved to New York City to pursue his visual art career and work in the fine art industry.

Alan Wagner

Tech Coordinator, Interactive Producer

Alan began working with Haystack as an interactive producer on projects for McKinsey & Company in 2012 as part of Reflexions, a digital strategy and development firm in NYC. He eventually joined the Haystack team directly in 2018.

Alan has over twenty years of professional experience in technology after starting his career as a programmer/analyst with Goldman, Sachs & Co. After leaving Goldman he worked on financial data and trading applications in the emerging mobile web space for clients including the Bank of New York and Prudential Securities.

During his nine years at Reflexions Alan handled producer and technology developer roles for projects including The Eurasia Group website and portal, digital assets for the US Pavilion at Expo 2015 in Milan and a variety of projects for PwC.

In his spare time Alan plays drums and occasionally performs standup comedy. His retirement plan includes telling people he worked for Goldman Sachs until they pay him to stop.

Alan graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Computing and Management from the Lehman Scholars program at City University of New York.

Chris Williamson

Senior Interactive Producer

Chris, an Interactive Producer at Haystack Digital, joined Haystack following a 20 year career in Digital at global agencies in New York and San Francisco.

At Haystack, Chris has led efforts with a variety of clients, including Archview Capital, Longsight Advisors, Serengeti Asset Management, Windhorse Capital, and several prominent PR firms.

Prior to joining Haystack Chris was a Project Director at TBWA New York. At TBWA he led engagements across Digital, TV, Print, and Social for clients including Michelin, Vonage, GSK, Kraft, NBC, and BNY Mellon. He led the Project Management department on all large scale digital engagements, and helped define company process and organization to manage these engagements.

Prior to joining TBWA Chris worked for Agency.com, a sister digital agency of TBWA, where he led the Discovery team in the development and deployment of their proprietary multimedia sales application. He was the Program Lead on Kodak for over two years, managing the business requirements and evolution of Kodak Picture Center Online. And he led the Nike team during the development and launch of their first ecommerce site, NIKEiD, and several other Nike projects.

Chris holds a BA from Bucknell University.

Townsend Belisle

Executive Producer, Creative Director

Townsend (“T”) is the fearless leader of Haystack Digital, having led the digital communications strategy and support for Fortune 500 companies and major international private equity firms for over 15 years. He is proud of his team and their creation of meaningful, memorable and measurable brand solutions.

T has created and supported digital campaigns for top-level executives and corporations in the consumer product, financial, media, pharmaceutical and retail industries, including American Express, Comcast, McKinsey & Company, Moet Hennessy, The New York Times, Pfizer, Viacom and WhistlePig; alongside many PR firms, law firms, luxury brands, private equity and hedge funds. T is also CEO of parent company Haystack Needle.

Previous to founding Haystack, T was an Executive Producer for several New York-based production companies. Prior to that, he represented talent and developed the branding platform pitch for William Morris Agency. He began his career performing odd jobs on Martha’s Vineyard, assisting celebrities and as the manager of several colorful bands.

T is a graduate of Skidmore College and holds audio and design certifications from SVA and NYU.
